Gigantic buildings, metro city life, cars, five star hotel like office, cafeteria with various cuisines, formal dresses, smart ID cards, personal credit and debit cards, offshore projects….This is what comes in our mind when we think of working in MNCs!!! 

But its lot more than that…. 

First day in office is always full of excitement but then with every next day the difference could easily be felt. Life isn’t any more ‘easy-going’. Waking up, running for bus, coming back at 8-9pm, then getting so much tired that nothing could be thought of except a sound sleep!! 

Days turning into weeks and then suddenly one fine day you realize that you are in a crowded fish market where everyone is in hurry…selling them… nobody has time to listen you and you are given a task to prove that “Yes..I am the best..!!” 

There are not any tests to score good marks…no teacher to grade you…no parameter of measurement…no one to guide you...no one to correct you…but still you are being given marks in every step you take…each eye is right on you observing how you work… how you behave…!!!

Every smiling face has its own algorithm, running set of instructions in its head, and calculating your proficiency in its manner. Happy-go-lucky life suddenly turns up into a so called Professional life where you are supposed to be mature enough to take flawless decisions.

It is simply on your own…Every evening when you return back, you just have one thing in mind... Where I am….? What am I doing…? Why am I doing…? 

But.. but.. but… Also a day comes and you get your first pay… “MEHNAT KI KAMAYI” and you call up dad saying “Hey dad I AM INDEPENDENT!!!”

And this is the moment, which charges you up for the next hard working month. And now, more dreams…more hard work...more success!!! 

Everything doesn’t come in package…!! If you want something you have to strive hard for it…!!
